The partner:

We are looking for a Service Manager for established and dynamic company operating in the field of service in the automotive sector.

The role:

The resource will be placed as a reference figure within the Service Team and will follow all phases of the process. Among other activities, he/she will be responsible for:

• Lead and monitor ongoing projects, managing the Service Team;
• Customer relationship management for the purpose of building loyalty;
• Managing administrative tasks regarding invoices, new orders, and inventory tracking;
• Managing relationships with suppliers and sales representatives.

Mandatory skills:

• At least three years' experience in the role required;
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or demonstrated work experience in the role;
• Excellent leadership and communication skills;
• Excellent knowledge of the Romanian language;
• Understanding of the English language.
